My passion began back in the late 50’s with Santa delivering a tabletop layout and Lionel train set for Christmas. More Christmas’s and Birthdays along with regular trips to junk shops and garage sales with Dad continued to bring additions to the ever expanding layout. But just like many others before and since, a young man’s attention was diverted by sports, cars, school and a career and most of the trains and related items were sold off.

After years in storage at the encouragement of my new bride Linda, the small surviving collection was dusted off. She was instrumental in my applying and becoming Lionel Service Center No. 224 in 1989. Thanks to her it’s been a wonderful experience.

In 2009 I participated in the Lionel factory service training program and became a “Factory Trained Authorized Service Station” enabling us to continue servicing current production items.

In addition to servicing Lionel items from 1901 to the present, we specialize in the repair of prewar Ives & American Flyer, Williams, Weaver, 3rd Rail, K-Line, Atlas, LGB & Aristo Craft.
